4 WEEK BEGINNER POINTE WORKSHOP (Thursday 7:30-8:30pm) May 23rd - June 20th
This class takes you through the very first steps to begin ‘en pointe’, beginning with the foot exercises that dancers perform daily to ensure strong feet and ankles. From there the class progresses to the barre to continue building strength and learn the foundation steps of pointe work.
Shoes and ribbons may be fit and purchased from the Shoe Room (http://www.theshoeroom.ca/). It is strongly recommended that you have previous ballet experience (minimum one year study) and are currently attending ballet classes regularly.
